CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 403' <br /> <br /> ZONING UNIT NO. 33, AMENDING ORDINANCE <br /> NO. 309 (ZONING ORDINANCE) AND "ZONING <br /> MAP" OF SAID ORDINANCE <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton does hereby ordain <br />as follows: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. The "Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton", <br />dated April 18, 1960, as adopted in Section 3.3 of Ordinance No. <br />309, designating and dividing the City of Pleasanton into zoning <br />districts, is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br /> Zoning Unit No. 33 as shown on map dated December, 1964, on <br />file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is attached hereto as <br />Exhibit A, and made a part hereof, shall designate the land use <br />and zoning district of said territory. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. Said Territory and zone classification, as <br />amended, is further described as follows: <br /> <br /> Annexation No. 35, Pleasanton-Sunol Annex D, being <br /> land on the south side of the City on both sides of <br /> Sunol Boulevard rezoned to the following districts: <br /> <br /> R-1 (single family residential) district being 20 <br /> acres easterly of 9uhol Boulevard, provided that <br /> 3.0 families per acre shall be maximum population <br /> density, and 8,000 square feet shall be minimum lot <br /> size. <br /> <br /> I-P (industrial park) district, approximately 105 acres. <br /> <br /> A (agricultural) district, consisting of approximately <br /> 10 acres. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED AND READ at a regular meeting of the City Council <br />of the City of Pleasanton on December 28, 1964. <br /> <br /> READ AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Council of the <br />City of Pleasanton held on January 4, 1965, by the following vote: <br /> <br /> AYES: COUNCIEMEN BUBICS, CAIRO, HARDINC, McWILLIAMS AND MAYOR LONG <br /> <br /> NO E S: NONE <br /> <br /> ABSENT: NONE <br /> <br /> DATED: January 4, 19 65. <br /> <br />ATTEST: ~ B.
