CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, ALAMEDA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1906 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18.116 (TEMPORARY USES) <br />OF THE PLEASANTON MUNICIPAL CODE, AS FILED UNDER <br />CASE PRZ-23 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of March 10, 2004, the Planning Commission reconunended <br />that the City Council amend Chapter 18.116 (Temporary Uses) regarding <br />the approval process for outdoor company employee events and outdoor <br />sales if certain criteria are met; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of June 1, 2004, the City Council reviewed the report of the <br />Director of Planning and Community Development (SR 04:137) regarding <br />amendments to Chapter 18.116 (Temporary Uses) of the Pleasanton <br />Municipal Code and the recommendation of the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />HEREBY ORDA1N AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />Section 3. <br /> <br />The City Council finds that the proposed text amendment to the Pleasanton <br />Municipal Code is consistent with the Pleasanton General Plan. <br /> <br />Chapter 18.116 (Temporary Uses) of the Pleasanton Municipal Code is <br />amended to read as set forth in Exhibit "A," attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) <br />days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general <br />circulation published in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance <br />shall be posted for fifteen (15) days in the City Clerk's office within <br />fifteen (15) days after its adoption. <br /> <br />Section 4. <br /> <br />This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final <br />passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
