<br /> NO. 520 (ZONING ORDINANCE) AND "ZONING
<br /> MAP" OF SAID ORDINANCE, RE TENTATIVE MAP,
<br /> D & V BUILDERS, INCo, TRACT 3004

<br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIb
<br /> AS FOLLOWS:
<br />
<br /> SECTION 1 The "Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton"
<br /> · ,
<br /> dated April 3, 1968, as adopted in Section 1.102 of Ordinance
<br /> No. 520, designating and dividing the City of Pleasanton into
<br /> zoning districts, is hereby amended as follows:
<br />
<br /> Zoning Unit No. 74, as shown on map dated April,
<br /> 1968, on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which
<br /> is attached here to as EXHIBIT A and made a part
<br /> hereof, shall be designated the land use and zoning
<br /> districts of said territory.
<br />
<br /> SECTION 2. Said territory and zone classification, as
<br /> amended, is further described as follows:
<br />
<br /> Real property of D & V Builders, Inc., 6000 Telegraph
<br /> Avenue, Oakland, California, being lands located
<br /> between Pleasanton Canal and Arroyo Mocho, west of
<br /> Hopyard Road, included in approved tentative map,
<br /> Tract 3004, classified as follows:
<br />
<br /> R-l-6,500, One-family Residential District,
<br /> 6,500 square feet minimum site area
<br /> per dwelling;
<br /> RM-1,500, Multi-family Residential District,
<br /> 10,000 square feet minimum site area,
<br /> 1,500 square feet site area per dwelling
<br /> unit;
<br /> RM-2,500, Multi-family Residential District,
<br /> 7,500 square feet minimum site area,
<br /> 2,500 square feet site area per dwelling
<br /> unit·
<br />
<br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
<br /> City of Pleasanton on May 6, 1968.
<br />
<br /> ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
<br /> City of Pleasanton on May 13, 1968, by the following vote:
<br />
<br /> AYES: Councilmen Beratlis, Rega, Reid, Spiliotopoulos & Gerto!
<br /> NOES: None
<br />
<br /> ABSENT: None
