MINUTES <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> GEOLOGIC HAZARD ABATEMENT DISTRICTS <br /> BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING <br /> May 18, 2021 <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> Chair Brown called the special meeting to order at the hour of 7:00 p.m. <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> Present: Members Arkin, Balch, Narum, Testa, Chair Brown <br /> Absent: None <br /> PUBLIC COMMENT - none <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> 1. Approve minutes of June 16, 2020 <br /> 2. Adopt resolutions approving the Engineer's Reports for the Geologic Hazard Abatement <br /> Districts (GHAD) for Oak Tree Farm, Moller Ranch, Laurel Creek Estates (The Preserve, <br /> Oak Hill Estates, and Kolb Ranch Estates), and Lemoine Ranch Estates; declaring the <br /> Board's intention to assess properties for the cost to maintain and operate the districts; and <br /> setting June 15, 2021 as the public hearing date <br /> MOTION: It was m/s by Arkin/Balch to approve the Consent Calendar as submitted. <br /> Motion passed by the following vote: <br /> Ayes: Members Arkin, Balch, Narum, Testa, Chair Brown <br /> Noes: None <br /> Absent: None <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 7:04 p.m. <br /> Respectfully sub itted, <br /> aren Di <br /> Clerk of the Board <br />
