AGREEMENT FOR INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE <br /> <br />OF LANDSCAPING <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT is made this /~ day of _~ <br />19 ~, between ~ V/~ ~~! , <br />hereafter referred to as "Property Owner" and the CITY OF PLEASANTON, <br />a municipal corporation, hereafter referred to as "City". <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT IS <br /> <br /> (1) Property owner is the owner of real <br />Pleasanton described in Exhibit "A", attached <br />made a part of it by this reference; <br /> <br />(2) On January 27 , 1982 <br />Review Board approval <br /> <br /> RECITALS <br /> <br />BASED UPON THE FOLLOWING FACTS: <br /> <br /> property in the City of <br /> to this Agreement and <br /> <br />, the City granted a Desiqn <br />to said property; <br /> <br /> (3) By the terms of the Desiqn Review Board approval, property <br />owner is required to install and maintain landscaping in accordance <br />with a plan, to be approved by the Planning Department prior to Build- <br />ing Permit approval; <br /> <br /> (4) Both parties recognize that the installation and maintenance <br />of landscaping is an integral part of the property owner's plan for <br />development of the property. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED BETWEEN THE PARTIES, as follows: <br />1. Purpose. The purpose of this Agreement is to assure (a) <br />installation in accordance with the landscaping plan previously <br />approved by the City and (b) continued maintenance and care of the <br />landscaping. <br /> <br /> <br />
