3 <br /> THE CITY OF <br /> CITY COUNCIL AGENDA REPORT <br /> pLEASANTON. <br /> May 18, 2021 <br /> City Manager <br /> TITLE: ADOPTION OF FY2021/22—FY2022/23 CITY COUNCIL WORK PLAN <br /> SUMMARY <br /> On April 28 and May 4, 2021, the City Council conducted a workshop to review the most <br /> recent priority item updates, to allow for public comment on any work plan priority <br /> initiative or its description, and to provide the City Council with an opportunity to reaffirm <br /> and/or suggest modifications to the draft FY2021/22—FY2022/23 Work Plan. Members <br /> of the public also had the opportunity to offer comments regarding additional initiatives <br /> which they felt should be added to the list of potential priorities, which the Council then <br /> considered for prioritization. The results of the Council's direction from that workshop <br /> are reflected in the draft work plan, which is being presented for the City Council's <br /> consideration and adoption. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> Adopt and/or modify the draft FY2021/22—FY2022/23 City Council Priorities Work Plan <br /> as attached. <br /> FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br /> There is no direct financial impact as a result of this report. However, many of the <br /> initiatives included in the work plan have a financial impact that will be addressed <br /> through the City's Operating and Capital Improvement Program budgets. <br />
