PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. PC-2003-19 RESOLUTION APPROVING CASE PADR-729, THE APPLICATION OF GREG AND NANCY CROFTON FOR ADMINISTRATIVE DESIGN REVIEW WHEREAS, Greg and Nancy Crofton have applied for administrative design review approval to construct a 1,457-square-foot, two-story addition to an existing two-story house located at 4757 Peaceful Lane; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) -MDR (Medium Density Residential) District; and WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of June 11, 2003, the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and WHEREAS, projects of this nature aze categorically exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed house addition is in character with the neighborhood and compatible azchitecturally with adjacent buildings; appropriately relates to the building on site, including the scale of the building; and has a high quality architectural style that relates the design to the surroundings and the building components to each other and the building colors and materials. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Approves Case PADR-729, the application of Greg and Nancy Crofton for administrative design review approval to construct a 1,457-square-foot, two-story addition to an existing two-story house located at 4757 Peaceful Lane, subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption unless appealed prior to that time.
