Location and Notification Map <br /> STAFF RECOMMENDATION AND SUMMARY <br /> At the Planning Commission's January 22, 2020 meeting, the Planning Commission directed <br /> staff to prepare a resolution recommending approval of the PUD Major Modification to the City <br /> Council. The following actions are recommended: <br /> 1. Adopt a resolution recommending approval of PUD-89-06-08M, subject to the required <br /> findings and conditions of approval in Exhibit A; and <br /> 2. Forward the application and recommendation to the City Council for consideration. <br />
