PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-2003-09 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CASE PADR-682, THE APPLICATION OF STEVE <br />AND EILEEN GRIDER FOR ADMINISTRATIVE DESIGN REVIEW <br />WHEREAS, on February 10, 2003, the Zoning Administrator approved the application of Steve <br />and Eileen Grider for administrative design review to construct an approximately <br />1,876-square-foot, second-story addition to the existing single-family residence <br />located at 3105 Catawba Court; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is R-1-6,500 (Single-Family Residential) District; and <br />WHEREAS, within the time specified by the Pleasanton Municipal Code, the applicants <br />submitted an appeal citing a number of the conditions placed on the approval by the <br />Zoning Administrator as a basis for their appeal; <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of March 12, 2003, the Planning Commission <br />considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the requirements of the <br />California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed house addition is <br />appropriate for the neighborhood. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves Case PAP-45, thereby approving Case PADR-682, the application of <br />Steve and Eileen Grider for administrative design review to construct an <br />approximately 1,876-square-foot, second-story addition to the existing single-family <br />residence located at 3105 Catawba Court, subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit <br />"B," attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption <br />unless appealed prior to that time. <br />
