THE CITY OF <br />ills <br />i let <br />PLEASANTON, <br />CALL TO ORDER - PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />Housing Commission <br />Minutes <br />[SUBJECT TO APPROVALI <br />Commissioner Jay Galvin called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 19, <br />2019, in the City Council Chambers, 200 Old Bernal Avenue, Pleasanton, California. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was recited, led by Commissioner Galvin. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Present: Commissioners Kate Duggan, Jay Galvin, and Zarina Kiziloglu. <br />Absent: Commissioners Matthew Gaidos, Anne Welsh, and Chairperson Tony Soby. <br />Staff: Steve Hernandez, Housing Manager-, and Edith Caponigro, Recording Secretary. <br />AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br />None. <br />MINUTES <br />Approve Regular Meeting Minutes of June 20, 2019 and August 22, 2019 <br />June 20. 2019 Meetina Minutes <br />Correction: Item 6, page 4, para.4 - ...City of Pleasanton has an issue with senior citizens <br />being part of the homeless housing population. <br />Item 6, page 4, para.5 - .-S. should be Mr. Hernandez.... <br />Item 6, page 4, para.8 - Mr. Hernandez advised that 4 funds be given as a <br />grant... <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Duggan, seconded by Commissioner Kiziloglu to approve <br />the June 20, 2019 meeting minutes as corrected. The motion was approved unanimously. <br />August 22, 2019 Meeting Minutes <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Kiziloglu, seconded by Commissioner Duggan to approve <br />the August 22, 2019 meeting minutes. The motion was approved unanimously. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br />2. Approval of June, July, and August 2019 Financial Reports for Ridgeview Commons <br />3. Management Updates for June, July, August 2019 for Ridgeview Commons <br />Commissioner Duggan asked about the opening cash balances on the financial reports and the <br />source of subsidies.
