THE CITY OF <br />A � <br />� � -.. iii w „i�1 1 ie <br />j'L�£ �S�NTON« <br />E <br />CITY COUNCIL AGENDA REPORT <br />October 1, 2019 <br />Engineering <br />TITLE: ACCEPT PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS PERFORMED BY CP IV VINTAGE, <br />LLC FOR PARCEL MAP 10184 (THE VINTAGE) LOCATED AT 3150 <br />BERNAL AVENUE <br />SUMMARY <br />PUD -87 (The Vintage) created 345 apartment units, an approximately 38,781 square - <br />foot retail center consisting of four buildings, and related infrastructure, on an <br />approximately 16 -acre site at 3150 Bernal Avenue. The property is located as shown on <br />Attachment 1. All subdivision improvements have been constructed in accordance with <br />the approved improvement plans, and the public improvements are ready for <br />acceptance. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />1. Accept the public improvements constructed with Parcel Map 10184 for normal <br />maintenance. <br />2. Authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion. <br />3. Authorize the release of the related bonds. <br />FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br />There will be a minimal increase to the budget for the maintenance of public <br />improvements. Tax revenue generally covers the increased cost to provide services and <br />maintain infrastructure. <br />
