PC-2019-20 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING THE CITY COUNCIL APPROVE THE <br /> APPLICATION FOR PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br /> TO DEMOLISH AN EXISTING HOME AND CONSTRUCT THREE NEW DETACHED <br /> SINGLE-FAMILY HOMES AND RELATED IMPROVEMENTS LOCATED AT <br /> 3987 STANLEY BOULEVARD, AS FILED UNDER CASE NO.
