RESOLUTION NO. 19-1079 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> AMENDING THE MASTER FEE SCHEDULE TO ADD A SIDEWALK VENDOR FEE <br /> WHEREAS, Pursuant to section 6.38.020 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code, to apply for <br /> a sidewalk vending permit, the applicant must pay a nonrefundable processing fee; and <br /> WHEREAS, The City now wishes to establish a sidewalk vendor fee. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br /> SECTION 1. Section V.B. (Police Department — Special Permits) of the Master Fee <br /> Schedule is amended to add a Sidewalk Vendor Fee in the amount of$50.00. <br /> SECTION 2.
