THE CITY OF <br />its <br />PLEASANTON, <br />Housing Commission <br />Minutes <br />[SUBJECT TO APPROVAL] <br />City Council Chambers, 200 Old Bernal Ave., Pleasanton, CA <br />November 15, 2018 <br />7:00 p.m. <br />CALL TO ORDER — PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />Chairperson Tony Soby called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 15, <br />2018, in the City Council Chambers, 200 Old Bernal Avenue, Pleasanton, California. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was recited, led by Chairperson Soby. <br />Roll call: <br />Present: Commissioners Matthew Gaidos, Jay Galvin, Zarina Kiziloglu, Anne Welsh, and <br />Chairperson Soby. <br />Absent: Commissioners Alyx MacTernan. <br />Staff Steve Hernandez, Housing Manager, and Edith Caponigro, Recording Secretary. <br />AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br />There were none. <br />MINUTES <br />1. Approve Regular Meeting Minutes of October 20, 2018 <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Galvin, seconded by Commissioner Gaidos, to approve <br />the September 20, 2018 meeting minutes as presented. The motion was approved <br />unanimously. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br />2. Approval of October 2018 Financial Reports for Ridgeview Commons <br />3. Management Updates for October 2018 for Ridgeview Commons <br />Chairperson Soby commented on financial differences between the Variance Report and <br />Operating Account. Mr. Barcelon indicated that differences are noted because records are kept <br />on a cash-in/cash-out basis and not an accrual basis. <br />
