RESOLUTION NO. 19-1063 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ACCEPTING THE MIDYEAR FY 2018/19 OPERATING BUDGET AND AMENDNG THE <br /> FY 2018/19 OPERATING BUDGET ACCORDINGLY <br /> WHEREAS, staff periodically presents to the City Council reports regarding the financial <br /> condition of the City along with any recommendations for budget amendments and technical <br /> corrective actions needed, and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council adopted the FY 2018/19 Operating Budget ("Budget") on <br /> June 19, 2018, and <br /> WHEREAS, staff prepared a Midyear Budget update that includes recommended <br /> amendments to the Budget. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE, AND ORDER THE <br /> FOLLOWING: <br /> SECTION 1: It ratifies adjustments approved by the City Manager and funded from the <br /> contingency totaling $734,417. <br /> SECTION 2: It approves allocating the $2,029,497 General Fund surplus as follows: <br /> Division Street Capital Improvements $1,014,749 <br /> City Street Median Repair & Replacement $1,014,748 <br /> SECTION 3: It amends the Budget, as outlined in Attachment 1. <br /> PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton at <br /> a regular meeting held on March 05, 2019. <br /> I.
