RESOLUTION NO. 19-1061 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING THE <br /> UPDATED MANAGEMENT AND CONFIDENTIAL EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE <br /> COMPENSATION PLAN 2018 <br /> WHEREAS, Compensation and other personnel-related issues for Management/Confidential <br /> employees, except for the City Manager and the City Attorney, are set forth in the <br /> Management/Confidential Employee Performance Compensation Plan ("Plan"); and <br /> WHEREAS, City Council authorizes the City Manager to amend the Plan in order for the Plan's <br /> information to be presented in a manner that makes the Plan easier for City employees and the public to <br /> understand and use. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br /> SECTION 1. Approves amendments to the Plan effective as shown in Exhibit A. <br /> SECTION 2.
