FOR THE NOT-TO-EXCEED AMOUNT <br /> OF $156,105 FOR DESIGN, SURVEY, AND LANDSCAPE <br /> ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES RELATED TO THE UPDATE TO THE LIONS <br /> WAYSIDE AND DELUCCHI PARKS MASTER PLAN <br /> SUMMARY <br /> At the City Council meeting on October 2, 2018, following the presentation regarding the <br /> proposed design alternatives for Lions Wayside and Delucchi Parks, staff was directed <br /> to continue design work with the Parks and Recreation Commission to produce a final <br /> design that meets intended goals as defined in the Master Plan. This professional <br /> services agreement with Moore, lacofano and Goltsman, Inc. is to provide project <br /> management, design and landscape architectural services related to producing a final <br /> alternative design for Lions Wayside and Delucchi Parks and to update the current <br /> master plan to reflect the new design. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> 1. Approve a professional services agreement with Moore, lacofano and Goltsman, <br /> Inc. for the not-to-exceed amount of $156,105 for design, survey, and landscape <br /> architectural services related to the update to the Lions Wayside and Delucchi <br /> Parks master plan <br /> 2. Authorize the City Manager to enter into the attached contract. <br /> FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br /> CIP# 06716 currently has a balance of $4.5 million that is allocated toward the <br /> completion of the Lions Wayside and Delucchi Parks Master Plan; funding for this <br /> professional services agreement in the amount of $156,105 would come from this <br /> account. <br />
