The Jarvis, Fay & Gibson law firm has such <br /> acumen, therefore a Third Amendment to the existing Professional Services Agreement <br /> is recommended in an additional amount not to exceed $50,000. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> Authorize the City Manager to execute a Third Amendment to the Professional Services <br /> Agreement with Jarvis, Fay & Gibson. <br /> FISCAL IMPACT <br /> The cost of this amendment is to be allocated from existing funds available in the <br /> litigation account. <br />
