CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br /> June 19, 2018 <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Thorne called the regular meeting of the City Council to order at the hour of 7:00 p.m. <br /> Councilmember Olson led the Pledge of Allegiance and provided opening remarks. <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> Present: Councilmembers Brown, Narum, Olson, Pentin, Mayor Thorne <br /> Absent: None <br /> AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> City Manager Fialho announced Item No. 23 is being pulled off the agenda and will be rescheduled and <br /> noted a modified version of the policy pertaining to Item No. 15. <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> City Manager <br /> 1. Approved meeting minutes of May 15, 2018, as amended by Councilmember Brown's correction <br /> on Page 7 ("wider" should be added in place of"higher"). <br /> 2. Waived full reading and adopted Resolution No. 18-1027 calling a General Municipal Election to <br /> be held Tuesday, November 6, 2018; Resolution No. 18-1028 requesting consolidation with the <br /> Statewide General Election; Resolution No. 18-1029 pertaining to the submission of candidates <br /> statements <br /> Community Development <br /> 3. Actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission <br /> 4. Waived full reading and adopted Resolution No. 18-1030 accepting the list of general priority <br /> areas for future acquisition and determining the expenditure of Altamont Open Space Funds for <br /> services related to strategic planning and conservation evaluation is consistent with the Altamont <br /> Landfill Settlement Agreement <br /> Engineering <br /> 5. Public Hearing: Waived full reading and adopted resolutions approving 2018/19 annual <br /> assessments for Landscape Maintenance Districts Resolution No. 18-1031 1984-1 Ponderosa- <br /> Del Prado, Resolution No. 18-1032 1993-1 Windsor, Resolution No. 18-1033 1993-2 Bonde <br /> Ranch, Resolution No. 18-1034 1994-1 Oak Tree Farm, and Resolution No. 18-1035 1995-1 <br /> Moller Ranch <br /> 6. Approved and authorized the City Manager to execute contracts for on-call general architectural <br /> services with the firms of Interactive Resources, Inc., Dahlin Group, Inc. and Perkins Eastman <br /> Architects, DPC <br />
