A Managed Print Services (MPS) program provides an all-inclusive plan <br /> that provides for the replenishment and replacement of all consumable supplies. In <br /> addition to, any on-site support and maintenance of printers, at all city facilities. <br /> Information Technology Department conducted a request for proposal (RFP) process, <br /> and staff is recommending awarding the agreement for providing MPS services to Ray <br /> Morgan Company in the amount of $65,000 per year. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> 1. Approve an agreement with Ray Morgan Company for MPS services, in the <br /> amount of $65,000 per year <br /> 2. Approve an agreement with Ray Morgan Company for MPS services, for a term <br /> of 5 years. <br /> 3. Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with Ray Morgan Company <br /> for MPS services. <br /> FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br /> Funds are budgeted and available in the Information Technology operating budget. <br />
