Introduction of an omnibus ordinance amending the Municipal Code regarding §1.24.125 to clarify <br /> appeal process for administrative citations, Ch. 3.40 to delete the expired North Sycamore Area <br /> Development Impact Fee, Ch. 11.52 to delete local bicycle licensing requirement and fee, Ch. <br /> 11.64 provide that street closure and parade permit holders may exclude others, §13.04.435 <br /> removing prohibition on outdoor dining area enclosures from being attached to the sidewalk, <br /> §14.04.050 clarify when a separate irrigation meter is needed, §14.06.040 provide for annual <br /> recycled water on-site inspection and allow certified persons to switch sites monitored, Ch. 17.16 <br /> delete Heritage Tree Board of Appeals written finding requirement and clarify that fines are <br /> appealable to the board, Ch. 18.106 provide that owner with second unit can rent both main <br /> house and second unit to a single party, Title 19 update subdivision map term and extensions to <br /> match state law; adopting a resolution delegating authority to Director of Library and Recreation to <br /> enter into property entry agreements for special events; adopting a resolution amending the <br /> Master Fee Schedule to: (i) increase returned check charge to $25 to cover bank cost; (ii) revise <br /> backflow fee from $10 every two months to $60 once a year; and (iii) delete bicycle licensing fee <br /> 2. Introduction of an ordinance adding a new Chapter 11.58 to the Pleasanton Municipal Code <br /> related to the regulation of traffic medians <br /> City Manager <br /> 3. Approve minutes of February 6, 2018 <br /> 4.
