CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br /> February 20, 2018 <br /> Mayor Thorne called the regular meeting of the City Council to order at the hour of 7:00 p.m. <br /> Councilmember Pentin led the Pledge of Allegiance and provided opening remarks. <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> Present: Councilmembers Brown, Narum, Olson, Pentin, Mayor Thorne <br /> Absent: None <br /> AGENDA AMENDMENTS — None <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> Mayor Thorne opened the public hearing. There being no one wishing to speak, he closed public <br /> hearing. <br /> City Manager <br /> 1. Approved minutes of December 5 and 19, 2017 <br /> 2. Waived full reading and adopted Resolution No. 18-999 authorizing the City Manager to execute <br /> a Johnson Drive Economic Development Zone transportation improvement and cost allocation <br /> agreement with Costco Wholesale Corporation - Mayor Thorne rescued <br /> Community Development <br /> 3. Actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission <br /> 4. Waived second reading and adopted Ordinance No. 2174 approving the application of Sunflower <br /> Hill for a Planned Unit Development (PUD) Development Plan, to construct an affordable 31-unit <br /> multi-family residential community for individuals with special needs, including an approximately <br /> 5,000-square foot community building with associated site improvements on a vacant 1.64-acre <br /> property to be dedicated to the city generally located at 3780 Stanley Boulevard, as filed under <br /> Case PUD-129 <br /> 5. Approved and authorized the City Manager to execute a cooperative agreement with California <br /> Department of Transportation for improvements to the I-680/Sunol Boulevard interchange <br /> Community Services <br /> 6. Approved and authorized the City Manager to execute a service agreement with the Amador <br /> Livermore Valley Historical Society for a term expiring December 31, 2022 in the amount of <br /> 109,800 per year for technical support associated with Museum on Main operations and approved <br /> and authorized the City Manager to execute an amendment for a five-year extension of the lease <br /> agreement for the museum expiring January 3, 2021 <br /> 7. Approved four (4) proposed designs for "Project Paint Box" at Black Avenue and Hopyard Road; <br /> West Las Positas and Iron Horse Trail; Stanley Boulevard and Valley Avenue; Bernal Avenue and <br /> Valley Avenue <br />
