As a result, the amounts in the Total Fee column appear to be slightly <br /> different. The attached report includes a table that calculates the Total Fee column based on <br /> the rounded numbers and not the underlying numbers. As a result, the amounts in the Total <br /> Fee column slightly differ from the staff report issued earlier this week. The fees total <br /> $8,439,347 instead of $8,439,200. <br /> All changes in the staff report appear in red text. <br />
