PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. PC -2010-07 RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE APPLICATION OF DR. WILLIAM AND LYDIA YEE, AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD -87-19-03M WHEREAS, Dr. William and Lydia Yee have applied for a Major Modification to an approved Planned Unit Development (PUD) development plan to allow four custom lots on an approximately 29.8 -acre site located at 4100 Foothill Road, custom lot design guidelines, and off-site construction on Foothill Road; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission received and reviewed the Initial Study, dated March 19, 2010, and received the recommendation of staff; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of April 28, 2010, the Planning Commission received a proposed Negative Declaration for Case PUD -87-19-03M; and . WHEREAS, the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable State and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration prepared for Case PUD -87-19-03M, the application of Dr. William and Lydia Yee for a Major Modification to an approved Planned Unit Development (PUD) development plan to allow four custom lots on an approximately 29.8 -acre site located at 4100 Foothill Road, custom lot design guidelines, and off-site construction on Foothill Road. Section 2. Finds that the proposed project will not have any significant adverse effects on the site's wildlife. Section 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
