PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC -2008-14 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF SCOTT AND SHELLY ADAMS <br />FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE PDR -623 <br />WHEREAS, Scott and Shelly Adams have applied for design review approval to <br />demolish an existing one-story single-family home and to construct a new <br />two-story single-family home with 8,325 square feet of living area, <br />2,215 square feet of attached garage area, and an attached <br />8,476 -square -foot indoor tennis court on a 58,703 -square -foot lot located <br />at 2751 Crellin Road in Foxbrough Estates; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD-LDR (Planned Unit Development — Low <br />Density Residential) District; and <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of March 12, 2008, the Planning <br />Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and <br />recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, this proposal is categorically exempt from the California Environmental <br />Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Section 15302, Replacement and <br />Reconstruction; Section 15303(a)(e), New Construction or Conversion of <br />Small Structures; and Section 15332, In -Fill Development Projects; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed project is <br />consistent with the appearance of the existing buildings in the area. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves Case PDR -623, the application of Scott and Shelly Adams for <br />design review approval to demolish an existing one-story single-family <br />home and to construct a new two-story single-family home with <br />8,325 square feet of living area, 2,215 square feet of attached garage <br />area, and an attached 8,476 -square -foot indoor tennis court on a <br />58,703 -square -foot lot located at 2751 Crellin Road in Foxbrough Estates, <br />subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit B, attached hereto and made <br />part of this case by reference. <br />
