. . , PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. PC-98-25 RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE APPLICATION OF MT. DIABLO NATIONAL BANK FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE Z-98-19 WHEREAS, at its meeting of April 8, 1998, the Planning Commission received a proposed negative declaration for the application of Mt. Diablo National Bank for design review approval to construct an approximately 13,400 square foot, two-story building for which the proposed uses are a bank and office/commercial space to be located at 992 Main Street; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission received and reviewed the Initial Study dated March 10, 1998, and received the recommendations of the staff; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed project; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposed project would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission further finds that the proposed project will have no potential for adverse impacts on the site's wildlife. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Recommends approval ofthe Negative Declaration for the application ofMt. Diablo National Bank for design review approval to construct an approximately 13,400 square foot, two-story building for which the proposed uses are a bank and office/commercial space to be located at 992 Main Street. Section 2. Finds that the proposed project will have a de minimis impact on the site's wildlife. Section 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
