<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-98-23 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF LEE A. PARODI FOR <br />DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE Z-98-14 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Lee A. Parodi has applied for design review approval to construct an <br />approximately 3,242 square foot, two-story, single-family home to be located at <br />326 Diamond Court; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is R-1-8500 (One-Family Residential) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of April 8, 1998, the Planning Commission <br />considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations ofthe <br />City staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the requirements of the <br />California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); therefore, no environmental <br />document was prepared for this project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed project is attractive and <br />well-designed, and appropriate for the site. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Approves Case Z-98-14, the application of Lee A. Parodi for design review <br />approval to construct an approximately 3,242 square foot, two-story, <br />single-family home to be located at 326 Diamond Court, subject to the conditions <br />shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part ofthis case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption <br />unless appealed prior to that time. <br />
