PC-98-12 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF <br />DANIELSON FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL, AS <br />Z-97-31O <br /> <br />REVEREND DANIEL <br />FILED UNDER CASE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Reverend Daniel Danielson has applied for design review approval to construct an <br />approximately 14,725 square foot addition to the St. Elizabeth Seton Parish chapel <br />and a parking lot expansion of 180 spaces located at 4001 Stoneridge Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is A (Agricultural) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of February 25,1998, the Planning Commission <br />considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the requirements of the <br />California Enviromnental Quality Act (CEQA); therefore, no enviromnental <br />document was prepared for this project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed project will be an <br />impressive and attractive addition to the site. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section I, <br /> <br />Approves Case Z-97 - 310, the application of Reverend Daniel Danielson for <br />design review approval to construct an approximately 14,725 square foot addition <br />to the St. Elizabeth Seton Parish chapel and a parking lot expansion of 180 spaces <br />located at 400 I Stoneridge Drive, subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit "B," <br />attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2, <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption <br />unless appealed prior to that time. <br />
