<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-98-11 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF DENNY ADDIEGO FOR <br />DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE Z-97-280 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Denny Addiego has applied for design review approval for the construction of a <br />two-story, 3,180 square foot single-family home located at 4887 Arlene Place in <br />the Bonde Ranch subdivision; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD-MDR (Planned Unit Development - Medium <br />Density Residential) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of February 25, 1998, the Planning Commission <br />considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the requirements of the <br />California Enviromnental Quality Act (CEQA); therefore, no enviromnental <br />document was prepared for this project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed two-story home is <br />sensitively-designed and would not have a detrimental impact on the views or the <br />privacy of existing homes. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Approves Case Z-97-280, the application of Denny Addiego for design review <br />approval for the construction of a two-story, 3,180 square foot single-family home <br />located at 4887 Arlene Place in the Bonde Ranch subdivision, subject to the <br />conditions shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part of this case by <br />reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption <br />unless appealed prior to that time. <br />
