PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. PC-98-08 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION DEVELOPMENTS FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL, AS PUD-81-30-74D OF BRITANNIA FILED UNDER CASE WHEREAS, Britannia Developments has applied for design review approval to construct an approximately 70,425 square foot, single-story retail office building to be located to the east (rear) of the building located at 4125 Hopyard Road, within the Hacienda Business Park (Britannia Phase VII); and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - I/C-O (Industrial, Commercial, and Office) District; and WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of February II, 1998, the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and WHEREAS, the proposed project is within the scope of the Enviromnental Impact Report prepared in conjunction with the PUD approval for the entire Hacienda Business Park; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed project meets or exceeds all applicable requirements of the design guidelines established for the Hacienda Business Park and that the proposed development will be an attractive and compatible addition to the Hacienda Business Park. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Approves Case PUD-81-30-74D, the application of Britannia Developments for design review approval to construct an approximately 70,425 square foot, single-story retail office building to be located to the east (rear) of the building located at 4125 Hopyard Road, within the Hacienda Business Park (Britannia Phase VII), subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption unless appealed prior to that time.
