<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-98-08 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION <br />DEVELOPMENTS FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL, AS <br />PUD-81-30-74D <br /> <br />OF BRITANNIA <br />FILED UNDER CASE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Britannia Developments has applied for design review approval to construct an <br />approximately 70,425 square foot, single-story retail office building to be located <br />to the east (rear) of the building located at 4125 Hopyard Road, within the <br />Hacienda Business Park (Britannia Phase VII); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - I/C-O (Industrial, <br />Commercial, and Office) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of February II, 1998, the Planning Commission <br />considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed project is within the scope of the Enviromnental Impact Report <br />prepared in conjunction with the PUD approval for the entire Hacienda Business <br />Park; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed project meets or exceeds <br />all applicable requirements of the design guidelines established for the Hacienda <br />Business Park and that the proposed development will be an attractive and <br />compatible addition to the Hacienda Business Park. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Approves Case PUD-81-30-74D, the application of Britannia Developments for <br />design review approval to construct an approximately 70,425 square foot, <br />single-story retail office building to be located to the east (rear) of the building <br />located at 4125 Hopyard Road, within the Hacienda Business Park (Britannia <br />Phase VII), subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and <br />made part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption <br />unless appealed prior to that time. <br />
