The Resident <br /> Council are the elected of the community. He provided comments on PUD-123 and thanked the Council <br /> for the opportunity to have the item on the agenda. This item demonstrates recognition that planning <br /> decisions are always open when new information is available. The San Francisco Premium Outlet Mall <br /> has been successful beyond their wildness dreams, with the negative impacts of unacceptable traffic on <br />
