Hoey, Recording Secretary <br />Commissioners Present: Commissioners Nancy Allen, Jack Balch, David Nagler, <br />Greg O'Connor, Gina Piper, and Herb Ritter <br />Commissioners Absent: None <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />a. August 26, 2015 <br />Commissioner Nagler referred to the bottom of page 5 and indicated that it was <br />Commissioner Balch and not he who asked the questions on the road options.
