He welcomed Commissioner Mark Posson, the newly <br />appointed Alternate, to the Commission. <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Commissioner <br />Olson. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Staff Members Present: Brian Dolan, Director of Community Development; Janice <br />Stern, Planning Manager; Julie Harryman, Assistant City <br />Attorney; Steve Otto, Senior Planner; Marion Pavan, <br />Associate Planner; Shweta Bonn, Associate Planner; <br />Deborah Diamond, Consulting Planner; and Maria L. Hoey, <br />Recording Secretary <br />Commissioners Present: Chair Phil Blank, Commissioners Kathy Narum, Greg <br />O'Connor, Arne Olson, Jennifer Pearce, and Mark Posson <br />Commissioners Absent: None <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />a.
