ROLL CALL <br />Staff Members Present: Brian Dolan, Community Development Director; Janice <br />Stern, Planning Manager; Julie Harryman, Assistant City <br />Attorney; Steve Otto, Senior Planner; Shweta Bonn, <br />Associate Planner, and Maria L. Hoey, Recording Secretary <br />Commissioners Present: <br />Commissioners Absent: <br />Chair Jerry Pentin, and Commissioners Phil Blank, Kathy <br />Narum, Greg O'Connor, Arne Olson; and Jennifer Pearce <br />None <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />a. December 14, 2011 <br />Commissioner Narum requested that the following amendments be made: <br />• Modify the first sentence of the last paragraph on page 8 to read as follows: <br />"Chair Narum stated that as a member of the Task Force ... and agreed to <br />include on the final list to rezone only what the City needs...." <br />• Modify the sentence on the second paragraph of page 9 to read as follows: <br />"Chair Narum clarified that she is not proposing that the number be reduced to <br />exactly the required 2,080 units." <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES, January 25, 2012 Page 1 of 19 <br />
