THE CITY OF <br /> OIIi eon' `III CITY COUNCIL AGENDA REPORT <br /> pLEASANTONm <br /> December 20, 2016 <br /> Mayor and City Council <br /> TITLE: COMMISSION AND COMMITTEE APPOINTMENTS <br /> SUMMARY <br /> In accordance with commission appointment policies, in the spring and fall the City <br /> solicits applications from interested Pleasanton residents to serve on the various City's <br /> commissions and committees <br /> This fall, the City solicited applications to fill vacancies for terms expiring on September <br /> 30, 2016 Applications were received and interviews held The Mayor's appointments <br /> are listed on the following page To ensure continuity in service to the extent possible, <br /> the Mayor has included those commissioners who, as a result of other openings, are <br /> changing status from alternates to regular members <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> The Council is asked to ratify the Mayor's appointments to various City commissions <br /> and committees as listed in the attachment <br /> FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br /> There is no fiscal impact <br /> Approved by <br /> Nelson Fialho <br /> City Manager <br />
