Approve regular meeting minutes of September 6, 2016 and the workshop/special meeting <br /> minutes of September 13, 2016 <br /> 3. Biennial review of the city's Conflict of Interest Code; adopt a resolution amending the Conflict of <br /> Interest Code to review the list of designated positions required to file Statement of Economic <br /> Interest <br /> 4.
