i <br />THE CITY OF <br />PL£ASANTON. <br />CITY COUNCIL AGENDA REPORT <br />2 <br />July 19, 2016 <br />City Manager <br />Office of the City Clerk <br />TITLE: ADOPT A RESOLUTION DECLARING RESULTS OF THE SPECIAL <br />MUNICIPAL ELECTION HELD JUNE 7, 2016 CONCERNING MEASURE <br />K: LUND RANCH <br />SUMMARY <br />A Special Municipal Election was held on June 7, 2016 for the purpose of voting on a <br />referendum petition concerning Ordinance No. 2133 approving the application of GHC <br />Lund Ranch, LLC, for Planned Unit Development Rezoning and Development Plan as <br />Filed under Case PUD -25. The City consolidated its election with the State Primary <br />Election and contracted with Alameda County Registrar of Voters to canvass the <br />returns. The Registrar of Voters has completed the official canvass and has provided <br />the city with a Statement of Results of all votes cast for Measure K, Lund Ranch. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Adopt the resolution reciting the fact of the Special Municipal Election held on June 7, <br />2016, declaring the results and such other matters as provided by law. <br />FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br />There is no fiscal impact associated with this action. <br />Submitted by: Approve cj by: <br />Karen Diaz <br />City Clerk <br />Attachment: <br />1.
