Waived second reading and adopted Ordinance No. 2141 for PUD-115, Guy Houston for <br /> Planned Unit Development (PUD) Development Plan 11249 Dublin Canyon Road <br /> *Councilmember Pentin abstained <br /> 4. Waived second reading and adopted Ordinance No. 2142 for PUD-99, Ponderosa Homes for <br /> Planned Unit Development (PUD) Development Plan at 1851 Rose Avenue *Councilmember <br /> Pentin abstained <br /> 5.
