Second reading and adoption of Ordinance No. 2141 for PUD-115, Guy Houston for Planned Unit Development (PUD) Development Plan 11249 Dublin Canyon Road 4. Second reading and adoption of Ordinance No. 2142 for PUD-99, Ponderosa Homes for Planned Unit Development (PUD) Development Plan at 1851 Rose Avenue 5. Second reading and adoption of Ordinance No. 2143 approving a Development Agreement with Ponderosa Homes for an approximately 9.02-acre site located at 1851 Rose Avenue, allowing for the development of nineteen (19) residential homes and related site improvements 6. Adopt a resolution approving an agreement with Caltrans for the Gateway Monument and Landscape Maintenance for Bernal Avenue at 1-680 7.
