RESOLUTION NO. 16-825 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, <br /> ADOPTING THE MITIGATION MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM FOR <br /> THE LIONS WAYSIDE AND DELUCCHI PARKS MASTER PLAN PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton, acting as lead agency under the California <br /> Environmental Quality Act(CEQA), prepared an Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration for the <br /> Lions Wayside and Delucchi Parks Master Plan Project, which was published in October 2015 and <br /> provided proper legal notice of document preparation and availability; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City prepared a notice of intent to consider adoption of the Mitigated <br /> Negative Declaration for the Lions Wayside and Delucchi Parks Master Plan Project and <br /> circulated the Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration for the Lions Wayside and Delucchi <br /> Parks Master Plan Project for public review and comment for a 30-day period; and <br /> WHEREAS, on February 16, 2016, the City Council adopted the Mitigation Monitoring <br /> and Reporting Program for the Lions Wayside and Delucchi Parks Master Plan Project. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br /> SECTION 1. The City Council adopts the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program <br /> for the Lions Wayside and Delucchi Parks Master Plan Project. <br /> SECTION 2.
