Condition of approval #1(h) will specify that 21 growth management allotments shall be <br /> issued for the year 2016 and 22 growth management allotments shall be issued for the <br /> year 2017 as was stated in the motion. <br /> 2. The Development Agreement shall be corrected to indicate that Interim City Attorney <br /> Julie Harryman will sign the agreement rather than Jonathan Lowell. <br /> 3. Confirm that the parking/staging area for the open space will be relocated along the <br /> southern side (open space side) of the Lund Ranch Road extension and that the trail <br /> head will remain at the eastern terminus of the Lund Ranch Road extension. <br /> 4. The dedication of open space to the City and the construction of the trails are <br /> addressed in the Development Agreement. Section 7 specifies that the open space be <br /> dedicated to the City, and Section 4.7 specifies that the trails be constructed by the <br /> developer. <br />
