It also reconfigures the lots in the vicinity of tree #300 to avoid <br /> grading in this area. Also attached is a table comparing the grading and construction <br /> requirements of this proposal with alternatives previously considered. Staff understands that <br /> the applicant proposes to connect 19 homes to Lund Ranch Road and 29 lots to Sunset Creek. <br /> The two areas would be separated by bollards, although if this project alternative is acceptable <br /> to the City Council, staff would want to make the physical separation of the two areas more <br /> substantial. <br /> Attachments: <br /> 1.
