MINUTES <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON CITY COUNCIL <br /> AND <br /> PLEASANTON LIBRARY BOARD OF TRUSTEES <br /> JUNE 16, 2015 <br /> Mayor Thorne called the regular meeting to order at the hour of 7:00 p.m. Vice Mayor Brown led the <br /> Pledge of Allegiance and provided introductory remarks. <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> Present: Councilmembers Brown, Narum (arrived at 7:20 p.m.), Olson, Pentin, Mayor Thorne <br /> Absent: None <br /> AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> City Manager Fialho stated that Item 1, the meeting minutes of May 19, 2015 would be continued to the <br /> next Council meeting. Item 12, which was originally planned for consideration as part of tonight's <br /> Consent Calendar, was actually acted upon at special meeting of the Council on June 11, 2015. <br /> Councilmember Pentin requested that Item 2 be moved to the regular agenda, at which point <br /> Councilmember Narum should have arrived. <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> City Manager <br /> 1. Moved to Item No. 24 on the Regular Agenda — Ratify Civic Center/Library Facilities Master <br /> Plan Task Force Members <br /> 3. Approved 2015 State Legislative Position <br /> Community Development <br /> 4. Actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission <br /> 5. Public Hearing: Waived full reading and adopted Resolution No. 15-761 confirming the <br /> Engineer's Report and Levying the 2015-2016 assessment for Lighting and Landscape Districts <br /> 1984-1 (Ponderosa-Del Prado); Resolution No. 15-762 confirming the Engineer's Report and <br /> Levying the 2015-2016 assessment for for Lighting and Landscape Districts 1993-1 (Windsor); <br /> Resolution No. 15-763 confirming the Engineer's Report and Levying the 2015-2016 assessment <br /> for for Lighting and Landscape Districts 1993-2 (Bonde Ranch); Resolution No. 15-763 <br /> confirming the Engineer's Report and Levying the 2015-2016 assessment for for Lighting and <br /> Landscape Districts 1994-1 (Oak Tree Farm); and Resolution No. 15-765 confirming the <br /> Engineer's Report and Levying the 2015-2016 assessment for for Lighting and Landscape <br /> Districts 1995-1 (Moller Ranch), and appropriated $11,560 from the plicable City Funds (General <br /> Fund, Water Fund and Sewer Fund) to the respective Districts <br /> 6. Approved plans and specifications, reviewed bids, awarded and authorized the City Manager to <br /> execute a contract with Etic Engineering in the amount of $541,423.60; and approve a task <br />
