MINUTES <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> January 20, 2015 <br /> Vice Mayor Brown called the regular meeting to order at the hour of 7:00 p.m. Councilmember Pentin <br /> led the Pledge of Allegiance and provided introductory remarks. <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> Present: Councilmembers Narum, Olson, Pentin, Vice Mayor Brown <br /> Absent: Mayor Thome <br /> AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> City Manager Fialho stated that the copy of the resolution (Item 8) provided in the agenda packet was <br /> missing its second page. A full copy of the resolution has been distributed at the Council dais. <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> Administrative Services <br /> 1. Approved regular meeting minutes of December 16, 2014 <br /> Community Development <br /> 2. Accepted public improvements performed by Sposeto Engineering, Inc. for the Bicycle and <br /> Pedestrian Related Improvements— Hopyard and Golden project, CIP No. 135043; authorized the <br /> City Clerk to file a notice of completion, payment of retention in the amount of$11,457.85 and the <br /> transfer of project $6,401 to the Metropolitan Transportation Commission Fund balance <br /> 3. Waived second reading and adoped Ordinance No 2111 approving the City-Initiated Rezoning of <br /> the CM Capital 2 Site (5758 and 5794 West Las Positas Boulevard), as filed under case P14- <br /> 1309 <br /> Community Services <br /> 4. Approved "Project Paint Box" design `7 Love Pleasanton"by artist, Tatiana Salvatore, for the utility <br /> box at the corner of Ray Street and First Street <br /> Operation Services <br /> 5. Waived full readings and adopted Resolution No. 15-728 stating the City's intention to reimburse <br /> itself from the State Water Resources Control Board loan for project funding to complete Phase <br /> 1A of the Pleasanton Recycled Water Project and Resolution No. 15-729 pledging the City <br /> revenue from the Water Maintenance and Operating fund within the Water Enterprise for <br /> repayment of loaned funds through the State Water Resources Control Board <br /> 6. Approved and authroized the City Manager to execute a Third Amendment to "As-Needed" <br /> Maintenance and Trade Services Agreement in the amount of $100,000 with Ponte Engineering <br /> Services for Castlewood Service area in conjunction with Alameda County Contract <br />
