MINUTES <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> March 3, 2015 <br /> Mayor Thorne called the regular meeting to order at the hour of 7:00 p.m. Councilmember Olson led the <br /> Pledge of Allegiance and provided introductory remarks. <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> Present: Councilmembers Brown, Narum, Olson, Pentin, Mayor Thorne <br /> Absent: None <br /> CLOSED SESSION REPORT <br /> City Attorney Lowell reported that the Council met in Closed Session for conference with labor <br /> negotiators concerning negotiations with the Pleasanton Police Officers Association. No further <br /> reportable action was taken. <br /> AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> Mr. Fialho reported that Item 12 has been pulled from the agenda. <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> Administrative Services <br /> 1. Approved regular meeting minutes of February 3, 2015 <br /> Community Development <br /> 2. Actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission <br /> 3. Waived second reading and adopted Ordinance No. 2113 approving the application of the City of <br /> Pleasanton to amend Title 18 (Zoning) of the Pleasanton Municipal Code to establish a permit <br /> process and performance standards for beekeeping <br /> 4. Waived full reading and adopted Resolution No. 15-733 to amend the master fee schedule to <br /> add a zoning processing fee for beekeeping application <br /> Economic Development <br /> 5. Approved and authorized the City Manager to execute an agreement with JD Franz Research, <br /> Inc. in the amount of$41,000 to conduct a Business Needs Survey <br /> Finance <br /> 6. Accepted the monthly disbursements and investment report for January 2015 <br /> Fire <br /> 7. Waived full reading and adopted Resolution No. 15-734 declaring weeds, dirt, rubbish and refuse <br /> upon or in front of certain properties constitute a public nuisance requiring abatement and setting <br /> a public hearing regarding abatement <br />
