Approve an amendment to the professional services agreement with Environmental Science Associates (ESA) in the amount of$66,531 for the preparation of an Environmental Impact Report (EIR)for the Johnson Drive Economic Development Zone 4. Second reading and adoption of Ordinance No. 2114 approving the application of Brad Blake, BHV CenterStreet Properties, LLC, for PUD Development Plan approval to construct an a 112,000 sq. ft. shopping center and related site improvements on 11.5 acres of the retail/commercial site at Staples Ranch, as filed under Case PUD-108 5. Approve plans and specifications, review bids, and award contract to Campbell Construction Company in the amount of $108,600 for the Bi-Annual Control Valve Installation project, CIP No.141011 Operation Services 6. Approve agreement with CleanStreet in the amount of $213,715 for annual street sweeping services 7. Adopt a resolution extending the term of Committee on Energy and the Environment until April 30, 2016 8. Approve an amendment to the agreement with Alameda County to provide sewer and water operation and maintenance services for the Castlewood Service Area for an additional year beginning July 1, 2015
