RESOLUTION NO, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the real property hereinafter described has been <br />open to and used by the public for many years as a public street <br />and as a continuation of Ray Street as said street now exists in <br />the Town of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, State of California; <br />but said fact does not appear on any public record; and <br /> WH~2tEAS, it is for the best interest of the Town of <br />Pleasanton that said property be declared to be a public street and <br />that the dedication of said property to the public be formally <br />accepted. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the dedication of said <br />property to the public for street purposes is hereby formally <br />accepted. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said property be named Ray <br /> Street, and shall be a continuation of Ray Street as it now exists <br /> in the Town of Pleasanton. <br /> Said real property is described as follows, to-wits <br /> Ail that real property in the Town of Pleasanton, County <br /> of Alameda, State of California described as follows, to-wits <br /> BEGINNING at the most eastern corner of the parcel of <br /> land described in the deed by the Estate of John W.
