RESOLUTION NO. 181~ <br /> <br /> WBEREAS, the or~inances of the Town of Pleasanton in accordance <br />with the State I. aw, requires that the Town Council of the Town of <br />Pleasanton meet on the second Monday cf september, and at that time <br />fix the rate for town taxes, designating the number of cents on each <br />one hundred dollars of assessed valuation levied for each fund and must <br />then levy the town taxes upon the taxable property in towns <br /> <br /> NOW TIi~iKEFOI~E, be it resolved that the Town Council in Pleasanton, <br />in session on the evening of September 13, 1943, do hereby fix and <br />declare the rate for taxes for the various funds of t~e Town of <br />Pleasanton for the year 1943-44 as follows: <br /> <br /> The sum of seventy four cents on each one hundred dollars of <br />assessed valuation to be levied against all taxable property in the <br />Town of Pleasanton, to be placed in the General ~'und; <br /> <br /> The sum of fifteen cents on each one hundred dollars of <br /> <br />assessed valuation to be levied against all taxable property in the <br />~own of Pleasauton, to be placed in the Municipal Improvement Bond <br />Fund; <br /> <br /> The sum of twenty four cents on each one hundred dollars of <br /> assessed valuation to be levied against all taxable property in the <br /> <br /> to be placed in the 1929 Municipal Improvement <br /> <br />Town of Pleasanton, <br /> <br />Bond Fund; <br /> <br /> The sum of <br /> <br /> seven cents on each one hundred dollars of <br /> <br />assessed valuation to be levied against all taxable property in the <br />Town of Pleasanton, to be placed in the Library ~und. <br /> <br /> Making a total tax rate for the Town of Pleasanton of one dollar <br />and twenty cents on each one hundred dollars of assessed valuation <br />of all taxable property. <br /> <br /> <br />
