Public Hearing: P13-2191, Consider introduction of an ordinance modifying the Development <br /> Agreements for several properties in Hacienda Phase I and Phase II to extend the Development <br /> Agreements by five years from 2013 to 2018. The properties are located at 5901 and 6001 <br /> Gibraltar Drive, 4225 and 4300 Hacienda Drive, 5800 and 5805 Owens Drive, 4501 Rosewood <br /> Drive, and 4747 Willow Road, and are zoned PUD-I/C-O (Planned Unit Development — Industrial/ <br /> Commercial-Office) or PUD-MU (Planned Unit Development — Mixed Use) Districts <br /> 5. Second reading and adoption of Ordinance No. 2083 amending Title 20 and relevant sections of <br /> the Pleasanton Municipal Code concerning the adoption of the 2013 Edition of the California Code <br /> of Regulations Title 24, including by reference the 2012 International Building, Fire, Property, and <br /> Maintenance Codes; the 2012 Uniform Plumbing and Mechanical Codes, and the 2011 National <br /> Electrical Code <br /> 6. Accept public improvements performed by Bortolussi & Watkins, Inc. for the Staples Ranch: <br /> Irrigation and Landscaping Improvements at El Charro Road and 1-580 Interchange project, CIP <br /> No. 115023; and adopt a resolution approving an agreement with CALTRANS for landscape <br /> maintenance <br /> 7. Accept public improvements performed by Fanfa, Inc. for the W. Las Positas Blvd. at Tassajara <br /> Creek Street Repair, CIP No. 115014 <br /> 8. Accept public improvements for Ironwood Active Adult Community, Tracts 8004 and 8023 <br />
