RESOLUTION NO. 13-604 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> AMENDING THE MASTER FEE SCHEDULE TO SET FORTH EXISTING FINES FOR <br /> VIOLATIONS OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE AS PROVIDED IN SECTION 1.12.020 <br /> WHEREAS, the Pleasanton Municipal Code (PMC) sets forth in Chapter 1.12 [General <br /> Penalty], Section 1.12.020 [Infractions] Subsection A, specific monetary fines for violations of <br /> the PMC; and <br /> WHEREAS, PMC Chapter 1.24 [Administrative Citations], Section 1.24.040 [Amount of <br /> Fines] references fines set forth in the Master Fee Schedule as the fines applicable to violations <br /> of the PMC for which administrative citations are issued; and <br /> WHEREAS, while Resolution 96-133 referenced the fines in Section 1.12.020 as <br /> applicable to citations issued pursuant to PMC Chapter 1.24, members of the public have <br /> expressed some confusion with this reference and indicated that the fines amounts should be <br /> explicitly listed in the Master Fee Schedule; and <br /> WHEREAS, this amendment to the Master Fee Schedule would explicitly list these <br /> existing fine amounts for ease of understanding by the general public. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br /> SECTION 1.
